"Snowflakes on the bridge" 12/23/2008
This was the lovely view as I walked the Brooklyn Bridge back to Manhattan. It was deserted aside from a few lonely pedestrians and bikers. I would've stayed out on the bridge longer but I didn't want my friend to get bored and freeze to death while I took my sweet old time. It is definitely one of my favorite places in NY. You could probably spend the whole day there and get interesting shots of the scene and passerby, as is the case with most of the city. If you didn't already know, I love NY. Its appeal hasn't worn off yet. Maybe it will one day but for now I'm always happy to go back. Someday I'd like to take a helicopter ride around the island for real city views. :)
